Delivery Policy

Login must be created before placing an order.

After successful payment, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email ID, and a text message will be sent to your phone.

Items will be shipped in a single box wherever possible or in multiple boxes depending on the order type. You can check this in your order tracking after shipment.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed in 2 to 3 next working days.

Shipping Availability:

Currently, we deliver only within Chennai.

Delivery Charges:

A delivery charge of ₹60 per kg is applicable.

Orders below 1 kg will still be charged a minimum of ₹60.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Cancellation between 1 to 3 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the product(s) being cancelled.

Cancellation after order dispatch will fall under the Product Return Policy.

A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon cancellation.

Refunds will be initiated in 2 to 3 business days, and the amount will be credited within 15 business days.

Product Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

For grocery/food items, images must be shared within 8 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory for return requests.
